This page describes what Owlsar keeps in order to work. The app stores the organization, the users, the transactions, the categories, and the reports that you create inside it.

When you link a bank, the process starts with Plaid. Owlsar then uses the transactions and balances that come back from that connection, so that you can categorize them and read reports.
